Here's a simple recipe for making a chicken roll:

Ingredients:

  1. 4 boneless chicken breasts
  2. 2 tablespoons olive oil
  3. 1 tablespoon dried oregano
  4. 1 tablespoon dried basil
  5. Salt and pepper, to taste
  6. 4 slices of ham
  7. 4 slices of cheese
  8. Toothpicks

Instructions:

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Flatten each chicken breast by pounding it with a meat mallet or rolling pin. Season each breast with olive oil, oregano, basil, salt, and pepper.

Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on each chicken breast. Roll up the chicken tightly, tucking in the ends to create a neat roll.

Secure each roll with a few toothpicks to keep them closed.
