Ingredients:

  6. 1/4 cup of chopped coriander leaves

  13. Sev (crispy chickpea flour noodles)

Instructions:

Arrange the papdi on a serving plate.

Top the papdi with boiled chickpeas, diced potatoes, chopped onion, and chopped tomato.

Drizzle tamarind chutney and mint chutney over the toppings.

In a small bowl, whisk the yogurt until smooth. Add salt to taste.

Drizzle the yogurt over the chaat.

Sprinkle chaat masala and roasted cumin powder over the chaat.
