- 2 cups chickpeas (chana), boiled and drained

- 1/4 cup fresh coriander leaves, chopped
- 1/4 cup tamarind chutney
- 1/4 cup mint-coriander chutney
- 1 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp chaat masala
- Salt to taste
- Sev or Bhujia (fried noodles) for topping
- Lemon wedges for garnish
Instructions:
In a large mixing bowl, combine the boiled chickpeas, chopped onions, chopped tomatoes, chopped cucumber, chopped green chili, and chopped coriander leaves.
Add tamarind chutney, mint-coriander chutney, red chili powder, chaat masala, and salt. Mix well.
Transfer the mixture to a serving plate.
