Chapli Kebab is a delicious Pakistani meat dish made with minced meat (usually beef or lamb) and a blend of spices. Here's a recipe you can try at home:

Ingredients:

  1. 1 lb. minced beef or lamb
  2. 1 small onion, finely chopped
  3. 1/2 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
  4. 1/2 cup fresh mint leaves, chopped
  5. 1 tbsp. coriander powder
  6. 1 tbsp. cumin powder
  7. 1 tbsp. red chili powder
  8. 1 tbsp. paprika
  9. 1 tbsp. ginger paste
  10. 1 tbsp. garlic paste
  11. 1 tsp. salt
  12. 1 egg, beaten
  13. 1/2 cup breadcrumbs
  14. 1/4 cup cooking oil, for frying

Instructions:

In a large bowl, combine the minced meat, chopped onion, cilantro, mint leaves, coriander powder, cumin powder, red chili powder, paprika, ginger paste, garlic paste, and salt.

Mix the ingredients well and let the mixture rest for 15-20 minutes to allow the flavors to blend.

Add the beaten egg and breadcrumbs to the mixture and mix well to combine.

Shape the mixture into small, flat discs (about 2-3 inches in diameter) and set aside.

Heat the cooking oil in a large frying pan over medium-high heat.

Once the oil is hot, carefully place the chapli kebabs into the pan and fry for about 3-4 minutes on each side, or until golden brown and cooked through.

Serve hot with naan bread, raita, and chutney.
